Last updated: April 2026. These terms govern all orders and use of the Print Paradise website and services.
Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order, using our website, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all customers, whether purchasing online or through direct communication.
Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full before production commences. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Print Paradise reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Artwork & File Responsibility
It is the customer's sole responsibility to supply print-ready artwork that meets our file specifications. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own or have rights to all content, logos, images, and text included. Print Paradise accepts no liability for errors in submitted files including spelling, colours, bleeds, resolution, or layout. We perform a basic file check but this does not guarantee detection of all errors.
Proofing & Approval
Digital proofs are provided on request. Once a proof is approved by the customer - whether via email, phone, or online - production commences and no further changes can be made. Print Paradise is not liable for errors that were present in an approved proof.
Colour Variation
Due to the nature of the printing process, slight colour variations may occur between your screen preview and the final printed product. Monitors display colours in RGB, while printing uses CMYK. We recommend supplying all artwork in CMYK to minimise variation. Print Paradise does not offer refunds or reprints for minor colour differences.
Production & Turnaround Times
Turnaround times begin only after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Times stated on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed. Print Paradise is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to equipment failure, courier delays, or force majeure events.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver Australia-wide using third-party courier services. Once your order is dispatched, risk and title pass to the customer. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Print Paradise is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by couriers. Any delivery issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
Refunds, Returns & Reprints
As all products are custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect artwork supplied by the customer, or minor colour variations. We will offer a reprint or store credit at our discretion if the product we deliver contains a manufacturing defect or is materially different from what was ordered. Claims must be made within 5 business days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork to Print Paradise, you warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to reproduce all content. You indemnify Print Paradise against any claims, losses, or damages arising from intellectual property infringement in customer-supplied artwork. Print Paradise retains the right to display printed work in its portfolio unless instructed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Print Paradise's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage.
Privacy
Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
