We print on the AS Colour Authentic Singlet (5004) - lightweight cotton jersey. It is a reliable, well-known blank that holds a print sharply and survives commercial laundering, which is why we use it for gyms, summer events and hot-weather trade work.

What print methods can I use on men's tanks & singlets?

DTF, DTG, Screen Print. DTF is the usual pick for this garment. DTF and DTG suit full-colour and photographic artwork, screen printing is most economical at higher volumes, and embroidery gives the most premium, hard-wearing finish.

What sizes and colours are available?

Sizes XS through 5XL. Choose your colour from the dropdown on this page - you can mix sizes across a single order at no extra cost, and we will confirm colour availability when we process your job.

Is there a minimum order, and do I get a better price for more?

Accepted Answer

No minimum - you can order a single unit. Prices drop as quantity rises: 10+ saves 10%, 25+ saves 15%, 50+ saves 20%, 100+ saves 25% and 250+ saves 30%. At 10 units that works out to $50.40 each, and at 250 units $39.20 each, GST included.

How do I supply artwork, and how long does it take?

Upload your artwork on this page, or send it with a quote request and we will come back within 24-48 hours. Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF) or a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background work best. We check every file before printing and will flag anything that will not reproduce well.
